Why are the points in the incentive program not awarded?

When a incentive program is configured with automatic point allocation, the program application must then be activated in the initiative management configuration to make it operational.

To activate the incentive program

1. Go to Administration > Initiative management > Initiative management settings
2. For the "Initiative management" section, activate the "Apply the incentive program" parameter
3. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

The program can be enabled as well for some plans only. The activation is then made at the plan settings level.
