When you export the initiatives in a CSV file and then open this file into Microsoft Excel, cell level shifts may appear.
This problem is probably due to the column delimiter characters created during export.
Indeed, by default, in accordance with the standard, the export functionality adds slashes (or string separators) as delimiters characters.
However, this format is not the one used by Microsoft Excel which applies the doubling of characters. Therefore, in the options of the file format, it is necessary to specifically choose the doubling of characters for the protection of column delimiter characters.
