Why is it not possible to give an opinion on an initiative?

There are 2 conditions for a user to give an opinion:

  1. He must have the right to express a view within one of his access profiles.
  2. The functionality must be activated on the plan.

To assign the right to an access profile

  1. Go to Administration > Users & Access profiles > Access profiles.
  2. Choose the desired access profile.
  3. In the "Access rights" section, search for the right Initiatives > Initiative management > Give an opinion.
  4. Select the "Give an opinion" right.
  5. Validate changes by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

To enable the right for initiatives by default

  1. Go to the Administration > Initiative management > Initiative management settings.
  2. In the "Promotion and spontaneous collaboration" section, choose the "Enable users to give their opinion" field.
  3. Validate changes by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

To enable the right on a specific plan

  1. Go to Administration > Plans & Domains > Plans.
  2. Open the plan's file to be modified.
  3. Click on the pencil on the upper right to edit the plan.
  4. In the "Promotion and spontaneous collaboration" section, uncheck the option "Use default configuration".
  5. Check the "Enable users to give their opinion" field.
  6. Validate changes by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.
