Why is it not possible to assign an exceptional bonus to an initiative?

If you cannot manually assign an exceptional bonus to an initiative, you should check the following:

• The exceptional bonus program is not enabled in Administration > Incentive program > Incentive program settings.

• The exceptional bonus program is not enabled in the initiative management settings.

• An exceptional bonus has already been assigned to the initiative; it is no longer available because its quota has been reached.
