A confidential initiative can be viewed by:

People directly involved in its processing (author, editor, approver, implementation coordinator, task owners, experts).

Members added to the team (sponsor, financial controllers, additional members).

People invited through a request for contribution, a request for expertise, a pre-analysis request, or an request for verification.

People added to the "Other users authorized to view the initiative" list at the time of submission (when confidentiality is activated).

People who have visibility rights for the initiative and also hold the right:
"Initiatives > Visibility > Visibility extension > Include confidential initiatives".
