What is the difference between the actual end date and the confirmation date of the end of implementation?

The actual date of the end of the implementation is the date on which the initiative reaches 100% progress.

The confirmation date of the end of implementation is the date on which the implementation coordinator (or other authorized person) confirmed the implementation with or without success.

These dates can often vary when there is an action plan:

  • The implementation end date is the date on which all tasks have been completed and the progress of the action plan reaches 100%.
  • The date of confirmation of implementation corresponds to the date on which the implementation coordinator confirmed the implementation with or without success of the initiative.
