What is the difference between "initiative to implement" and "scheduled initiative" or "task to complete" and "scheduled task"?

In the "Actions monitoring" tab, you can filter your search by "Expected action".

But what is the difference between "initiative to implement" and "scheduled initiative" or "task to complete" and "scheduled task"?

• A scheduled initiative is an initiative whose start date for implementation is after today's date.
• An initiative to implement is an initiative whose start date for implementation is on or before today's date.
• A scheduled initiative is a task whose start date is after today's date.
• A task to complete is a task whose start date is on or before today's date.
