What is the difference between "creation date" and "submission date" for an initiative?

When searching initiatives filtered by a specific date, you can choose between creation date, last update or submission date.

• Last update refers to actions taken in the selected period (new status, new contribution, etc).
• Creation date is the date the initiative was created and saved by a user.  It includes all initiatives created, i.e published or not, some of which are still in draft status.
• Submission date filter will select all the initiatives published since a specific date.
