What is the difference between an "Opinion" and a "Contribution"?

Contributions provide additional information that can be added to the initiative or used to give more context to its fields (Context, Description, Benefits). Contributions can be added spontaneously or in response to a "Request for contribution".

Opinions, on the other hand, are more subjective in nature.

Comments are particularly useful in a “Table” view of a list of initiatives. For example, you can display a column showing the number of opinions and another showing the average rating, and then sort the list based on the average rating. Combined with opportunity analysis, opinions offer a subjective perspective on the interest generated by the initiative.

The number of contributions, on the other hand, reflects the level of employee engagement. Some employees are inspired and propose initiatives, while others show their commitment by building on these initiatives through additional input.
