New features in version 5.0.0
Version 5.0.0 has been available since October 2024, and it includes the following key new features:
Interface changes
- New application design (for a simplified user experience and enhanced accessibility)
- Integration of as many RGAA recommendations (French WCAG) as possible for greater inclusivity, leading to a better user experience

- Added a routine to reauthenticate users on the fly if their session has expired, especially when they return to the application after a period of inactivity
- Added external links and links to other initiatives within the application in the "Attachments" tab of the initiative record, which is now renamed "Resources"
- Added navigation section on forms
- Full-screen view for the action plan, for the detail of pre-analyses…
- Ability to hide tags and memos in the initiative form
- Possibility to filter team members based on their roles
- Added columns in the "Table" view
- New filters for closing and rejecting initiatives
- Added a global progress rate for the statistics of initiatives processing
