Is it possible to remove points from the incentive program awarded to a user following the publication of an initiative?

There is no dedicated functionality to remove points. On the other hand, there is a trick which consists in changing the author of the initiative (with the rights to modify the initiative) by putting the administrator for example. By making this change, the application automatically removes the points awarded. All that remains is to hand over the original author of the initiative.

In summary:

  1. Go to the form of the initiative concerned.
  2. Click on "Edit initiative" via the options button.
  3. Assign yourself as the new author of the initiative.
  4. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

As a result of this manipulation, the points inadvertently awarded to the author of the initiative are removed. It now remains for you to re-modify the author by repeating the operation.
