How to search for users based on whether or not they have an email address, a function and/or an external reference?

To search for a user based on whether or not there is an email address, job title and/or external reference

1. Go to Administration > Users & Access profiles > Users.
2. Click on "Search parameters".
   
   
3. Select the filters you want to add.
4. Expand the filters via the rafter on the right to select the desired value.
   
   
5. Start the search by clicking on the "Search" button.
