How to create a homepage message?

The homepage message is a convenient way to distribute information to users of the application. Displayed on the home page, it can contain text, an image and/or a link to an external resource.
Its purpose is to inform your users about different topics related to your organization such as defining the "rules of the game" for your environment, or a greeting message to welcome them to their platform. 

The homepage message is an effective way to animate the community present on your IDhall environement.

To create a homepage message

  1. Go to Administration > Application management > Homepage messages*. 
  2. Click on "New homepage message" via the "+" button.
  3. Elaborate according to your criteria your homepage message.
  4. Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

 

Required rights for creating a homepage message: Application management > Homepage messages > Search / Administration.
