How to conduct an opportunity pre-analysis on an initiative?

To conduct an opportunity pre-analysis on an initiative 

1. Go to the page of the initiative you want to pre-analyze
2. Click on the actions button at the top right corner of the initiative page
   
   
3. Click on "Pre-analyze initiative"
   
   
4. Choose the appropriate scales for impact and feasibility and select criteria by clicking on the desired value for each line.
   
   
5. Click "Save" once you have completed your pre-analysis.
