How are the statistics of initiative processing calculated in IDhall?

The statistics of initiative processing in the Reports section provide various information illustrating the processing of initiatives. These statistics are calculated based on the filters used when launching your report (by default, all initiatives except drafts and archived ones).

Initiative approval rate
It represents the proportion of approved initiatives out of the total research.

Successful closure rate
It represents the proportion of successfully closed initiatives out of the total research.

Overall progress rate
This represents the average overall progress of initiatives. This rate does not take into account initiatives that have been drafted, rejected or closed without success.

Rate of initiatives in progress
It corresponds to the total number of research initiatives for which an action or decision is expected. By definition, rejected or closed initiatives are not considered as being currently processed.

Breakdown of initiatives being processed
This represents the distribution of different statuses of initiatives that are currently being processed. This rate does not include closed or rejected initiatives.

Number and proportion of delayed initiatives
This includes all initiatives currently being processed that are behind schedule in your research. This rate does not include closed or rejected initiatives, even those that experienced delays during their processing.

Average time of delays
This is the total number of delayed days divided by the total number of initiatives that are behind schedule in your research.

Age of initiatives being processed
This is the average number of days elapsed since the declaration date of the initiatives still being processed in your research. This rate does not include closed or rejected initiatives.

Processing time until decision
This is the average number of days elapsed to make a decision (approval) since the date of the request.

Processing time until closure
This is the average number of days elapsed from the declaration of the initiative until its closure, whether successful or not.

Expertise time
This is the average number of days elapsed between the request for expertise and the expert's response. This rate only includes initiatives that involve expertise.

Implementation time
This is the average number of days elapsed between the desired start date and the actual end date of implementation. The implementation duration does not include initiatives that are 100% implemented but not confirmed, whether successful or not.

Use of action plans*
This is the percentage of research initiatives that include an action plan for implementation.

Initiatives breakdown by reason for rejection
This pertains to the initiatives rejected during the approval phase, categorized by the reasons for their inadmissibility.
