Are modifications in a financial analysis versioned?

Yes, the application creates a version history of the financial analysis when:

• The user making the modification is different from the user who previously entered the information.

  OR

• The same user makes the modification, the initiative has been approved, and the modification occurs at least 6 hours after the previous entry.

As a result, a version history is not created when:

• The user making the modification is the same as the one from the previous version, and the initiative has not been approved.

  OR

• The same user makes the modification within 6 hours after the previous entry (in this case, the application considers the change a correction and does not keep a version history).
  
  

To view the version history of a financial analysis

1. Click on "Previous versions".

   

2. Expand the desired version by clicking the downward arrow at the end of the line to view it.
